FAQ
- All parties held INDOORS at Afrim’s Sports Park Dome*
- Event room upstairs is available for rent or tables in the lobby can be used (it is open to the public)
- No outside food or drinks are allowed in EXCEPT for one dessert item. Catering options are available through our on site kitchen.
- All participants/guests using our fields must have a waiver on file upon checking in for the party. A registration link/QR code will be provided to party parents.
*Outdoor fields are based on request/availability*
Party Details
- We generally recommend to do any planned field activities first and then celebrate with food and drinks afterwards!!
- NO OUTSIDE FOOD IS ALLOWED IN except for ONE dessert item for the birthday child and guests!
- ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST HAVE A WAIVER ON FILE!

Afrim’s Sports Party Terms and Conditions
- A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book all parties. All cancellations must be done 2 weeks in advance to receive a refund of any payment EXCEPT the non-refundable deposit. The deposit is always transferable to another date/time or left as a credit towards a future party or youth program.
- Each participant must complete an Afrim’s Sports waiver before participation or use of the field.
- All parties will begin and end precisely at the designated time.
- At least one adult must be present throughout the event.
- No outside food except for the cake is allowed. We do have multiple choices for food – please ask.
- No equipment at this time will be provided by Afrim’s Sports besides the field use and goals located on your field. Please DO NOT move goals on the field!
